By creating an account or otherwise using Breef, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Breef is a news aggregation and summarization application. Using our engine, Breef Intelligence, we collect news content from 100+ third-party sources and generate short, factual summaries designed to be read in approximately 30 seconds. Breef also offers a personalized "For You" feed, real-time notifications, topic browsing, location-based ("Near You") content, and related features that may be added or modified over time.

Breef is intended for users aged 13 and above. If you are under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction to consent to use of an app like Breef, you may only use Breef with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Some features of Breef may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. Each user is permitted one personal account.

When using Breef, you agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, redistribute, or republish content from the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying technology, models, or source code of the App
• Use any AI assistant or interactive feature within Breef to generate harmful, abusive, illegal, or spam content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, infrastructure, or other users' experience
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

News articles referenced or summarized within Breef remain the intellectual property of their original publishers. Breef does not claim ownership over third-party source content. Breef does claim ownership over the App itself, its brand (including "Breef" and "Breef Intelligence"), its design, and the specific summaries, formatting, and personalization output generated within the App. You may not copy or redistribute Breef's summaries or branded content without our written permission.

Summaries within Breef are generated using automated technology and are intended to give you a quick, factual overview of a news story. While we design Breef Intelligence to be accurate and neutral, AI-generated summaries may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of the original source material. Breef is not a substitute for the original reporting, and we encourage you to read the full source article — linked within the App — before making any important decisions based on a story. Breef and Team Orbiq are not liable for actions taken based on summarized content.

Breef may display advertisements, including ads served by third-party advertising networks. By using Breef, you consent to the display of such advertising. Advertisers using Breef's platform are subject to separate advertiser terms.

We reserve the right to introduce optional paid or premium features to Breef in the future. Should we do so, we will provide clear notice of any pricing and what such features include before you are charged.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Breef, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or engaged in behavior that harms Breef, Team Orbiq, or other users.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breef and Team Orbiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated summaries, service interruptions, or third-party content accessed through the App.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Breef after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
